Accessing your online classroom portal

You will receive a WELCOME email containing your unique student link and log in, only use this link to access your courses. Please KEEP this unique link to log in each and every time.  Make sure and save your welcome email and bookmark the link in your browser!  If you go directly to the website you will NOT be able to log in, you must use the student link.

Login Error message 404/502 or Courses not Available

From time to time the online classroom must be updated and will be unavailable.  If at any time you log in through your link and you receive an error, please know the site is being updated and should be available within a couple of hours. 


Technical issues with course i.e. PDF doesn’t scroll

If you have technical issues with the course, you can phone 855-776-7763 option 3 or create a support ticket by emailing support@proprofs.com. 


Login Deactivated

This will happen if you missed a tuition payment.  To become reactivated please make a payment through the secure invoice that was emailed to you or call us at 855-735-2021, option # 1.


You have completed the course(s) and can’t print certificates

Due to state regulations, some certificates must be customized (i.e, Texas).  In some states, the final exam must be proctored.  If you think you have completed your online course work, email us at: support@ati-training.com,  and a representative will check on your account.  Courses and final exams that are completed by NOON on Wednesday are generated and emailed on Fridays.
