Accessing your online classroom portal
You will receive an email containing your unique student login, only use this link to access your course(s).
If you go directly to the website you will NOT be able to login, you must use the student link.
When you access your student link do not sign up as you are already registered, simply enter the username and password that were emailed to you with the link.
While the classroom is accessible on all browsers, it operates best in Chrome.
Login Error message 404/502 or Courses not Available
From time to time the online classroom must be updated and will be unavailable.
If at anytime you login through your student link and you receive an error, please know the site is being updated and should be available within a couple hours.
Technical issues with course i.e. PDF doesn’t scroll
If you have technical issues with the course, you can phone 855-776-7763 option 3 or create a support ticket by emailing support@proprofs.com.
Will I get a physical textbook?
All books are available in your online classroom as PDFs, you can save these to your computer and read offline and/or print.
If you are attending a classroom course you will receive a textbook in class.
Login Deactivated
This will happen if you missed a tuition payment.
To become reactivated please make a payment through the secure invoice that was emailed to you or call our office.
You have completed the course(s) and can’t print certificates
Due to state regulations certificates must be customized. In some states the final exam must be proctored.
If you think you are completed with your online course work email your school and a representative will check on your account.
Certificates are generated and emailed on Friday afternoons.
I completed the course but my progress is only 98%, how do I finish.
Make sure every circle is green with a check mark in your menu.
If you do not view each item in each topic session you will not reach 100% completed.
